Title: Fleet Coordinator

Location: Leuven, Belgium

Contract Type: Permeant, full time

Start Date: ASAP

Planet Pharma have partnered with an industry leading biotech company looking for a fleet coordinator to join their team in Leuven.

This is a brand new position as a result of continued expansion and long term plans to transition their fleet into electric vehicles. This position will spearhead the EV fleet transition as well as taking on responsibility for current fleet management.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader renowned for a healthy work environment and state of the art facilities.

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment etc.
  • Take the lead in developing an EV fleet transition strategy based on local regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5 years work experience in a coordinator level role supporting and/or managing company car fleet/fleet vehicles.
  • Intermediate skills in excel/Microsoft office in order to create reports and efficiently analyze data.
  • Fluent in English

Please Note: This role will be based on-site in Leuven. Candidates must be able to live and work in the Leuven without the need for sponsorship.
