About Our Client

Our client, active within the engineering sector, is currently looking for a trilingual recruiter (Dutch-French-English) to reinforce their team in Waterloo for a mission of minimum 6 months.

Job Description
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process:
    • Proactively source candidates.
    • Formulate effective hiring strategies by collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp their needs.
    • Act as a ambassador by ensuring a superior candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage in HR and recruitment projects actively.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience within recruitment
  • Experience with recruiting engineering profiles
  • Professional communication in French, Dutch and English
