Functie

At ISS, "people make place and places make people" and we are looking for THE person who will connect people and places at our clients in collaboration with alls ISS departments.

The main question to ask yourself throughout your mission : how to adapt the workplaces of our clients so that their staff wants to come to word? And convince them to implement these changes.

Your responsabilities as Head of Workplace :

  • Development & execution of ISS Workplace Strategy in Belgium
  • Advise our clients in the use of their workplaces
  • Work on the optimal use and profitability of square meters of our clients’buildings
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Workplace team and install the right capabilities and mindset
  • Close collaboration with others workstreams (Cleaning, Catering, Handyman, Key Account Segment leads, Commercial Directors,...)
  • Participant in Business reviews with Operation to present Workplace
  • Define key targets and sales ambitions for Workplace initiatives
  • Participate in and foster enteprise collaboration

Profiel

  • You are experienced in working with customers on the workplace agenda beyond/broader than traditional FM
  • You have ideally worked in the real estate sector
  • You have a track record of strong execution capabilities
  • Your experience in customer dialogues is beyond/broarder than FM
  • Understanding both strategy and operation on the workplace agenda is a must!
  • You are a leader with strong stakeholder management skills
  • You are a proven result driven change agent
  • You speak fluently Dutch - French - English
