The Terumo Europe Human Resources team supports the entire organization to improve the employee experience at each impactful moment. The Talent Solutions team, consisting of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Tech & People Analytics, is developing products and expertise to foster an open and inspiring culture and to create challenging development opportunities in the career journeys.

Job Summary

As a HR & People Analytics intern, you will work within the Talent Solutions team and will contribute to all HR and people analytics activities; e.g. gathering business needs and transferring them into HR metrics, gathering data, conducting analysis, discovering and revealing insights, giving insights back to the business and following up on actions.

Job Responsibilities

As our HR & People Analytics Intern, you will be involved in several projects and all day-to-day tasks. You will provide support in the general HR dashboarding and metrics. In addition, you will derive insights from gathered data to support other functional areas within HR. You will contribute to the entire HR analytics management cycle. This cycle involves the identification of a strategic HR concern, research design, data management, data analysis, data interpretation and communication.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Export, transform and analyse HR data from multiple HR systems

• Support HR in the analysis of key business drivers

• Utilizing HR analytics tools; e.g. SAP SuccesFactors, Qualitrics, Power BI

• Build, improve and maintain HR metrics and dashboards

• Explore new solutions and ideas for HR and people analytics to drive innovation

• Document working procedures and guidelines

• Translate data to different target audiences to ad value to the business

Profile Description

You are enthusiastic and driven about complementing our highly qualified Talent Solutions team.

You are currently involved in studies that provide you with a relevant background to perform well within the internship context; e.g. Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, ….

You are a passionate about data analytics, specifically HR analytics. In addition, you are interested in the general HR processes.

You are a self-starter and serious about your own development and performance. Additionally, you possess good critical, analytical and communication skills. You also have a high regard for attention to detail, as well as quality.

You are fluent in English and Dutch. This entails both verbal and writing skills. In addition, you are a team player, but also take responsibilities on yourself. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change.

You possess a good knowledge and understanding of MS Office and Power BI.
