You advise and support the management and their teams in the classical HR tasks.
You act as a sparring partner by looking at different options and alternatives to meet the needs of the business.
You accompany improvement projects and coordinate administrative processes.
You play an active role in one or more trade union delegations as a representative of the employer.
As a Business Partner you are the link between Operations & the other HR departments: payroll, legal, comp & ben, prevention, ...
You play a key role in maintaining a positive social climate and good working relationships, both from a collective and individual point of view.
You closely follow market developments and trends in your field of expertise.
You translate and implement the company’s objectives into concrete HR objectives and action plans.

You have a good knowledge of social legislation and labour law. A healthy curiosity and motivation to learn is an absolute requirement.
You are passionate about Human Resources with a pragmatic mindset and a creative approach.
Knowledge of social legislation (if possible at the level of the Cleaning, Catering, Employees joint committees) and proven expertise in trade union management and negotiation.
You have experience in social consultation and/or an interest in delving deeper.
You know how to gain the trust of others: honesty and integrity are key values for you.
You communicate easily in both French and Dutch.
You are pro-active and have the ability to establish contacts quickly.
You combine a Master degree with at least 5 years of work experience.
You are solution and customer oriented, while bringing a human touch to the approaches and solutions you propose.
You work in an organised and structured way and will strive for efficiency and continuous improvement in your work
