About Our Client

Our customer is a multinational with presence in Europe and Asia. For their Belgian headquarter, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You deliver best-in class services to employees during their journey and create a positive climate and employee experience

  • In collaboration with your team members, you manage all HR Related activities and improve HR services where required

  • You make sure HR policies and processes are aligned with corporate strategy and local regulations

  • You build and maintain constructive relationships with Unions and staff delegation

  • As local expert, you support leaders and employees for HR related questions

  • You identify areas of improvement aiming at further professionalizing HR services

  • You constantly keep an eye on employees satisfaction ensuring everybody work in a healthy and safe working environment

  • You manage and implement Talent management programs, support and coordinate recruitment activities and act as a SPOC for HR related topics

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You have a Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in similar position

  • You have experience working in a technical environment having a production or manufacturing site

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

  • You can demonstrate experience collaborating with Unions

  • You have a proactive mindset showing ability to to perform at individual level as well as within a team

  • You have excellent communication skills allowing you to build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
