Job description
For one of our clients in Puurs, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner.
In this function you will advise, coach and influence the production site leadership team to help implement the business strategy and plans.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop an organizational plan for client groups by utilizing organizational diagnostics
- Develop a talent and leadership development strategy and plan
- Advise business leaders and functional teams on strategic and operational execution
- Coach leaders on team priorities and objectives linked to purpose and strategy
- Directly influence the business strategy and translate these plans to design
- Implement people and organizational interventions that support the vision while applying data driven and external insights
- Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching

Have you got what it takes?
As an HR Business Partner you can rely on:
- A Master’s Degree in either Business, Management or Human Resources
- Strong experience in organisation design/development/analytics with background in consulting, business or similar role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with business leaders
- Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning and talent management
- Ability to lead the cultural change agenda in partnership with partners across all levels of the client groups
- Strong business mindset and organizational, analytical and project management skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch added value)
