What does the role involve?

In Goodman we believe that our people are the strenght and the heart of our organisation. As HRBP you will cooperate regularly with the lead links (=business leaders) across Europe to co-create an environment where our people are empowered and feel appreciated, resulting in continued development and excelled. You actively coach and support the employees in your designated circles (=departments) to stimulate the learner mindset and boost the strengths based approach.

You Will Enable This By
  • Ensuring a positive employee experience during the main steps of the career (Onboarding, career, learning, development, exit);
  • Being a strategic HR advisor for the lead links in your respective circles on various people topics;
  • Advising your circles with resources planning exercises, challenge and define the recruitment needs as we want to grow;
  • Coaching the organisation in the continuous feedback culture;
  • Steering the performance & development cycle, ensure every employee has received fair and correct feedback and remuneration;
  • Following up on the well-being and engagement of all employees.
Because we went from a hierarchical towards a collaborative organization, you will work on different HR projects to further align our HR processes.

Who are we looking for?

You will be part of a fun and ambitious HR team of 7 people located in Brussels and Luxembourg. To complement our team we are looking for someone with a solid/strong experience as HRBP. You are an emphatic listener and have coaching skills. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and are able to come with creative solutions. You are eager to explore our new way of working: the collaborative governance. As we are an international company, it’s an absolute must you are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
