Sander.HR is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our partner active in the pharmaceutical & life sciences sector located in Zaventem.

As part of an internationalgroup, you will be based at the site located in Zaventem. The company is growingand focusing on delivering smarterand innovativesolutions to their customers in the pharmaceuticalsector.

The structure is flat, and there is a high possibility to take initiativeand growin the role. This position reports locally to the HR Manager, who aims to transfer knowledge and elevatethe HR department and policies to the next level.

Job Description – HR Business Partner | Industrial sector

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Overview a generalist scope of responsibility.
  • Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment…).
  • Develop the employer branding and compensation & benefits.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

Profile – HR Business Partner | Industrial sector

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the industry or sector involving white & blue collars.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and a good level of French and English.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
