HR Business Partner

Je functie

As HR BP you report to the HR Director and work in close collaboration with the business. You partner with the teams and the people managers. Through your expertise, regular contacts and hands-on approach you create a good working relationship and trust.
Your role is not strictly defined and very broad: you manage both hard and soft HR; compliance and communication. You will work with the local and global HR colleagues:

• You coordinate HR processes and policies such as performance, reward, learning and development, succession planning, ...
• You implement and roll out global and local HR projects and initiatives (e.g. remote work, wellbeing, salary benchmark, diversity and inclusion, success factors, work regulations, car policy).
• You run the recruitment and onboarding processes and take the lead in employer branding initiatives.
• You are responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and Compliance operations.
• You embody the corporate culture and your actions are led by the company values (Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Togetherness, Agility)
• You support the HR colleagues, look for process improvements and are the back-up for payroll, car fleet, insurances etc.
• You are seen as a trusted person for employees for all kind of questions related to salary, social legislation, wellbeing and interpersonal relations.
• You are the contact person for several external partners.
• You can participate to international HR projects.

Je profiel

• You have a bachelor or master degree.
• Experience within HR is necessary, especially recruitment (hard and soft HR, knowledge on social legislation).
• You have a growth mindset.
• You are hands-on, discrete, straight forward, empathic communicator and proactive
• Dutch, French and English oral and written proficiency
