We need a talent to replace the HR Manager who is taking on a new challenge.


Description of the function

What you will do ?

The HR Manager is responsible for the proper management of HR at group level in Belgium and internationally, with the Head Office in Belgium.

His role is to support the management in its HR policyby defining the different strategies and coordinating their implementation at the international level. His/her responsibilities are therefore broad and cover all HR matters such as: needs analysis and budgeting, recruitment, compensation policy, performance management, skills development etc.

This is a challenging role, however, the successful candidate will be joining a solid, effective, and welcoming team and will be fully supported in the beginning.

Strategy:

  • Develop the organization’s HR strategy in line with the Group’s strategy.
  • Formulate HR plans, policies, and procedures in line with the organization’s objectives.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • You manage the company’s salary policy
  • You provide technical and professional advice to the legal representative for legal procedures related to HR (hiring expatriates, work permits, ...)
  • You implement a policy and ensuring the operation of these policies: setting up a cafeteria plan, bonuses, fleet management, etc

Recruitment:

  • You manage the recruitment in Belgium and international supervision: analysis of needs, definition of budgets, definition of skills, drafting of job offers, interviews, assessment, onboarding...

Talent Management:

  • You are in charge of the coordination career development; the succession planning and you manage the talent needs in partnership with line managers.
  • You elaborate a skills development plan for all staff within the specified deadlines

Other projects

  • You develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures.
  • You implement performance management initiatives, talent management, ...
  • You supervise and work along local HR coordinators

Profile description

Don’t wait any longer, apply if:

  • You speak Frenchand have good knowledge in English(minimum B2).
  • You ideally have a master’s degree, preferably in a relevant Human Resources field.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience as an HRBP or HR Manager
  • You have some experience in international recruitment, management of expatriates,
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements relating to the role
  • You have a strong analytical and conceptual mind
