• Be the central point of contact for all HR matters for the line management, employees, social partners, acting as an HR partner
• Guide team leaders in understanding the people issues and developing their teams
• Ensure that the plant complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, labour laws and company policies
• Implement local HR policies and procedures in line with global policies

• Challenging projects based on your interests and skills

• A Master’s degree in HR or law or equivalent experience of between 5 and 10 years Experience in labour law in a production plant
• Fluent in French and good level of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team work and managerial skills
