Generalist HR position|Located in the center of Brussels

About Our Client

Our customer is active in the Financial Services Industry and employs around 500 employees in Belgium.

Job Description

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You are responsible for all administrative tasks within the HR Department

  • You support the HR Team in a variety of fields and act as first point of contact for employees who have HR related questions

  • You keep personnel files well organized and up to date

  • You are in charge of the on-boarding of new joiners (contracts, documents, guides, welcome pack...)

  • You support internal and international mobility within the organization (work permits...)

  • You are the first point of contact for SD Worx and ensure that all employees questions are handled correctly

  • You keep the HR agenda up to date, review and update HR processes and coordinate the organization of meetings

  • You support and participate to several transversal HR projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Office Management...)

  • You have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)

  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

  • You are very rigorous, meticulous in your work and can manage tasks and priorities with few guidance

  • You are service oriented and enjoy supporting peers and internal customers as effectively as possible
