Functie

Are you looking for a challenge where you could lead a dynamic HR Social Relations team? Do you love to work together with a variety of stakeholders?Then you are the HR Social Relations Manager we are looking for at Sodexo!

You report directly to the HR Director and your main responsibilities are :

• Managing labor relations in Belgium by ensuring social peace through dialogue with internal union representatives and external union members
• Managing different Work Councils and attend to different Committees for Prevention and Prevention at work
• Bargaining collective labor agreements in different activities on company level and follow the negotiations of the collective labor agreement on a sector level
• Implement/adapt HR policies and processes following changes in social/employment law
• Organizing Social Elections
• Ensure social and labor legal support to internal stakeholders (for the onsite business and HQ teams – payroll, HR Business partners)
• Follow-up of social legal conflict with unions or before court
• Legal research & individual transactions
• Legal advice for staff transfer (CLA 32 bis)
• Leading Social Relations team

Profiel

• You hold a master’s degree in law with a focus on social and labor law
• You can count on your solid experience with labor relations
• Your skills as a leader and a coach are well established
• You are bilingual (NL/FR) and you have a good command of English
• You work easily with the Microsoft office tools
• Maintaining an open dialog with our social partners is very important to you
• You have very good communication skills, and you are able to speak in an assertive and diplomatic way as needed
• You are pragmatic, autonomous and flexible, you find alternative in a creative way
• You have a good team spirit and can easily work with a multidisciplinary team
