The Human Resources Onboarding Associate will assist the Human Resource team in the creation and administration of comprehensive onboarding processes for office and remote based employees, to include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, ensuring accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork and scheduling of first days new hire orientation activities.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Collect new hire employment and tax information, addressing new hires’ queries regarding their new hire paperwork and payroll related documentation
- Raising offer letters and contracts and distributing via docusign
- Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities to include scheduling of first day orientation activities.
- Coordinate and deliver the 30, 60, 90 day new hire check in process
- Coordinate with IT team in the arranging of hardware and software for new employees
- Assist in the preparation of new employee electronic files
- Preparing new hire onboarding email communications
- Serve as a point person for new employee questions
- Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees
- Assist the Human Resources team with other duties and projects as needed or assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
- Knowledge of human resources and applicable labor laws
- Experience using Dropbox tools
- Prior experience with employee onboarding administration
- Adept at problem-solving; able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Extremely detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Able to prioritize/plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
