Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Service Delivery manager will assist the Platform engineers & leads in implementing governance and processes with suppliers and partners to secure initiatives’ execution, on time, quality and budget.
- Establish proper governance of suppliers (collaboration, KPIs, SLAs, Finance, services, initiatives status, roadmaps...)
- Define and track relevant metrics for the suppliers’ performance, with the aim to drive and increase quality of deliveries
- Maintain a high-level of platform team satisfaction through close collaboration and the regular gathering of feedback from key technology owners
- Build and run efficient communications on activities (internal & external)
- Standardize way of working across the team and variety of H&C suppliers (templates, instances, communication)
Responsibilities
- The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following activities and functions:
- Share with suppliers H&C roadmap information and secure relevant suppliers’ delivery, with regular review of priorities
- Follow delivery with suppliers, facilitating any decision or escalation
- Performance follow-up of suppliers and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, Financials
- Support platform engineers and leads in driving performance of suppliers
- Develop best practices framework on way of working: templates, presentations, resource & capacity management.
- Develop strategic relationships with partners and vendors
- Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with suppliers
- H&C Platform leads and engineers

Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant course of studies
Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
- ITIL Certified
- Experience of IT Governance/PMO
- Analytical/problem-solving mindset
