About the Role:
Drive global sales of our ELISA, qPCR QC kits, and cell preparation reagents, owning both personal targets and departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue objectives in assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline with full market mapping.
- Conduct market analysis to adapt tactics to regional dynamics.
- Manage CRM updates and provide actionable market insights.
Requirements:
- College diploma or higher; 3+ years in medical/IVD/device/medical aesthetics overseas sales preferred (other B2B export experience considered).
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken); familiarity with EU/US markets.
- Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a track record in key account management.
