  • Build collaborative partnerships with Business Partners
  • Develop customer relationships with Affiliates, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) and develop knowledge and understanding of the Affiliates’ market and Export customers.
  • Work closely with internal customers (Supply Planning, Warehouses, PDM, Finance, ¿)
  • Relentless focus on Customer Service
  • Complete the sales order cycle from reception of order to final delivery to end customers in the country. Gold/Silver service and/or VIP service implementation
  • Order Management, either through Direct Replenishment Process (DRP, replenishing Affiliates’ inventory considering forecast, past sales, inventory & supply) or through Sales Orders, entering Affiliates’ sales orders according to shipment schedule.
  • Provide supply and shipment information: provide order status, expected delivery dates, ensure timely shipping, pro-actively inform customer on possible future issues, liaise with planning in order to give the best shelf life and quantity in line with customer profile
  • Execute the different services to Affiliates and export customers (Return/complaints/ ICP/ code creation) ...
  • Managing the different events (stock builds, tenders, SS parameter review)
  • Responsible for achieving targets set every year in the area of Line Item Fill Rate (LIFR), Back Orders (BO)
  • Significant Focus on Quality
  • Review and update all SLA’s, SOP’s, procedures and work instructions when needed
  • Log accurately all complaints and ensure rapid resolution
  • Issue and follow up of credit notes to the country in case of valid customer complaints
  • Drive quality improvements where possible in line with customer expectations: Assess country’s needs, obtain regular feedback from country through conf call and hotline, communicate any logistic improvement to our contact in the country that could help in the sales process
  • Feedback to Distribution Manager any important issues concerning customer complaints

    • aptitude for dealing with people in a customer-oriented and international environment
    • experience in planning (distribution planning, inventory management, forecasting)
    • experience in order to catch system, jde 8.12 or jde one world knowledge is a plus
    • experience with enterprise resource planning (erp) system and / or reporting tool
    • excellent communication / organizational skills and a team player
    • analytical and detail focus is a must
    • good at organizing and prioritizing work in a dynamic environment with many ad-hoc issues
