Position/ Job description:

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications intern/ trainee to support our Marketing team on international projects and markets: Benelux, Northern Europe and Switzerland with a twofold focus on:


  • Increasing the brand awareness
  • Generating qualified lead to support the sales effort

You will have everyday interaction with a set of very different people (backgrounds, seniority levels, skills, etc.) in France & abroad

What you’ll do:


  • Creating social media content on Smile Benelux and Switzerland LinkedIn accounts and professional groups
  • Writing articles for Smile’s blog and networks
  • Keeping international websites up-to-date and translating dedicated content (or checking translations)
  • Providing support and help in organizing events locally and internationally (physical and virtual events)
  • Setting up paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)
  • Drafting emailing for digital campaigns using Marketing automation tools
  • Identifying key partners and local ecosystem to ensure brand awareness
  • Keeping Marketing KPIs up-to-date

Who you are:


  • You have a degree in Digital Marketing and/ or Communications or a related field (bachelor level)
  • You are interested in digital
  • You speak French, you are fluent in English and ideally, you have knowledge of Dutch
  • You are comfortable with online tools: Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • You are an agile networker, you take initiative and have a “can do” attitude
  • You have strong organizational skills
  • You are a team player
