BUSINESS ANALYST: Job description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into functional specifications for systems like retail ecommerce, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions by evaluating existing business processes and systems.
- Manage the integration of different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
BUSINESS ANALYST: Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of retail ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and other systems.
