PATIENT MANAGEMENT IT CONSULTANT– EMEA

As Patient Management IT Technical Consultant, you will drive continued stakeholder engagement internally and with customers to ensure optimal use and integration of MDT technology, solutions and services.
You will execute on local business plans, coordinated with the country Operational Units and Patient Management function, and drive the IT and Data management and privacy aspects of the Tablet deployment process.
In partnership with Customer Hospital IT and key stakeholders, you will define account workflows to enable the smooth transition and adoption of tablets solutions at customer sites.


A Day in the Life

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct ongoing account profiling for solution deployment
  • Collate market requirements for Upstream/ Development
  • Provide expert knowledge for contracting, GDPR, data privacy, and data security topics
  • Support new product /app deployments
  • Provide post deployment support at Customer sites
  • Manage Tablet end of Lease process (act as country primary liaison)
  • Support Legacy Programmer transition at accounts

Daily Tasks

  • Connect and build partnership with local country Operating Units teams and Patient Management organization in Western Europe.
  • Build relationships with target accounts, understand their needs and priorities and collaborate with local field team to identify new Business opportunities
  • Responsible for implementation of Tablet solution (hardware, SW, connectivity, and integration into customer workflow)
  • Expert for contracting/GDPR and data security topic
  • Connect with IT Stakeholders in the Hospitals, clarify and overcome any technical issues and create a plan for implementation with MDT Field team
  • Support Customer IT stakeholders with ad hoc questions
  • Work closely with SHQ & Country Field Team to drive account plans toward set targets
  • Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing support handover to Tech Services EOC
  • Coordinate the solution delivery to meet business outcomes for both customer and Medtronic
  • Collaborate with W.E. colleagues to enable knowledge sharing across regions
  • Manage existing clients through full implementation process to go-live, ensure satisfaction and full system usability & availability

Must Haves

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT Consultancy, Implementation or IT Support role, ideally with experience working within a healthcare/ hospital environment.
  • Good common understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Privacy requirements in a regulated environment
  • Training experience of non-technical & technical Customers
  • Project Management skills
  • Bachelor degree or similar education
  • French speaking and fluency in English.

  • Ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholder groups inside key customers’ organizations.

Nice to Haves

  • Track record of experience delivering or supporting IT Infrastructure in Hospitals
  • Experience as an IT Consultant and/or Pre-sales
  • Experience using CRM-systems and Service Support platforms
