Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions and present them in a clear and understandable manner to various stakeholders.
  • Develop, modify, and enforce standards & roadmaps for the networking & connectivity domain.
  • Take ownership of the domain from a technology point of view and ensure industry evolutions are efficiently incorporated into the strategy.
  • Assist and oversee the technical implementation of solutions during projects, working with both internal technical teams and external partners.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in a structured manner.

Essential Skills and Expertise: Extensive knowledge of:

  • Local Area Network (LAN)
  • Wireless Networks (WLAN)
  • Routing
  • Network Services (e.g., DHCP, DNS, IPAM)
  • Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, Network Access Control, Web Application Firewall)

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • WAN & SD-WAN, VPN
  • SASE/SSE

Some of the vendors we use: Cisco, Checkpoint, Velocloud, Ivanti, Zscaler, F5

Key Attributes:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You’re optimistic in life and think about solutions, not problems.
  • Strong team player.
  • Optimistic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Accurate and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Dutch
  • Willingness to travel for short business trips abroad.
