Your main responsibilities

You are responsible for the recruitment of IT profiles, mainly employees but also freelancers. You may be required to recruit also specific specialists to work in the pharmaceutical or telecommunications industries.
You negotiate salary packages or daily rates in close collaboration with your manager
You will follow up your consultants on a regular basis
You will manage the entire selection process, up to and including feedback to the candidates
You will be responsible for reporting on your activities

Your profile

University degree or minimum 2 years of experience as recruiter, preferably with technological profiles
You are known to be a detail-oriented person
Excellent communicator: fluent French and advanced English are required to succeed in this role (Dutch is a plus)
At ease with job boards

Diplomatic and assertive, you are able to build relationships and develop a network
You have a real passion for the IT business
Able to change your priorities quickly
Team Player
Autonomous
You like to provide solutions when you raise a problem
You have a sense of urgency and are familiar with working under pressure
