Job Purpose and Impact

The IT/OT Delivery consultant leverages data and digital solutions to improve the customer experiences processes and digitalization of internal processes within the Smart Manufacturing domain. In this role, you will translate the vision and direction of the team into a digital transformation roadmap and execute upon that roadmap.

Key Accountabilities
  • Identify tools and technology to improve, digitalize and automate our internal processes and ways of working in the team to facilitate Smart Manufacturing processes.
  • Use domain expertise to work with technical teams to develop automation of business process solutions.
  • Drive the use of digital and data solutions to inspire creatively and engage stakeholders across platforms.
  • Monitor and use data to create insights and deliver data driven solutions.
  • Anticipate emerging technological needs and advocates for advanced digital tools to strategically deliver for the organization.
  • Integrate data across multiple inputs to create meaningful, strategic insights and drive decision making.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding systems and tools, reporting and analytics, data integrity and training resources available for solution delivery
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing executive level relationships, ideally already demonstrated through business consulting or client management experience
