Position

One of your main responsibilities will be the accounting support to assist our current financial department. You will be, for example, in charge of accounting reconciliation, journal entries to post revenues and expenses, process invoices and ad hoc financial reporting support, etc.

Even if you will have to regularly report to the CFO, you will work independently by managing your time as you want. You will work within the accounting team (~6persons) from our office in Louvain-la-Neuve.

Inputting all purchase invoices

Support the Finance team on various closing activities

Accounts reconciliation and A/R follow up

Requirements

Applicant Profile

Proactive personality

Autonomous and fast learner

Must have

At least a bachelor degree in accounting

Fluent in French and English

1 - 2 years of experience

Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

IT and business affinity
