Fuse Engineering, one of the specialized recruitment consultancies of FSM Group is specialized in the recruitment of Engineering profiles, within the sectors of manufacturing, foods, chemicals, construction, supply chain, maintenance and production through the Benelux region and Germany. Currently, we are looking for our newest Junior Business Developer to join the team in our Brussels headquarters. We are also open for fresh graduates with no experience in sales or recruitment with an interest in acquiring the skillset of 360-degree recruitment and hard sales.

Job description:

  • Analysing the needs of our prospective clients and candidates
  • Contacting, sourcing and negotiating with outstanding candidates
  • Selling our services in a unique and outstanding manner
  • Acting as the middleman between international clients, CEOs, managers and candidates
  • Closing and negotiating business deals

Profiles


Our ideal candidate:

  • You have a fluent language proficiency in English and French or Dutch
  • You possess excellent communication skills and you can think creatively
  • You are a dynamic, open-minded person
