1. Analysis and transformation of existing processes
Objectives:
  • Define and implement control, accounting and reporting tools
  • Define a standard process for monitoring activity: flow chart, control point, etc.
  • Simplify existing processes
2. Coordination of internal control activities
Objectives:
  • Be the reference person for internal control, act as a link between the internal control department and the finance department
  • Coordinate internal control activities for the finance department, establish a calendar for the submission of internal control results, transmit evidence to the internal control department, ensure that deadlines are met and that internal control reporting is of high quality
  • Follow up on action plans.
  • Support the Finance department teams in strengthening controls

3: Project management
Objectives:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Plan project deadlines
  • Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Report on project progress, problems and solutions
  • Document project objectives, requirements, etc.
  • Manage the calendar of the various projects underway.

4: Process documentation
Objectives :
  • Support the different teams in the finance department in documenting their processes
  • Define a uniform canvas for writing process descriptions
  • Draw up diagrams representing the main processes and data flows
  • Identify the controls in place/to be put in place

Your Profile

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master in Finance
  • Experience in auditing is an asset
  • A first experience in project management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level in Excel)

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Diplomatic, communication and contact skills
  • Ability to adapt
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning and organisation
  • Analysis and problem solving
  • Information management and task tracking
  • Strong project management and process analysis skills
