FOR OUR PANDORA OFFICE BASED IN BELGIUM, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In relation to local Corporate Employees:
  • Main point of contact for our stores, working closely together with the Sales & Operations department
  • Regular execution of store visits
  • Leading projects with a high managerial scope
  • Supports HR Director and relevant line managers for all the topics related to vacancies, onboarding, development, feedback, exit, acting as a bridge among the HR areas
  • Main point of contact for overall issues related to contractual, policies and administrative activities
  • Supports admin/payroll team with H&S, contracts, local public labor offices, funds etc.
  • Compliance reporting and activities
  • Process and Systems improvement and maintenance
- HR data reporting
- Supports Talent-, Talent Acquisition-, Performance & Rewards Management in all the related activities and projects for the relevant population assigned
- Employees Documentation Storage
- Budget tracking and support for the relevant budget; checking the monthly budget consumption in the areas of responsibility aligning to the given business objectives and quarterly revise forecasts
  • Act as a business partner with the Cluster HR teams, sharing best practices related to the specific areas
  • Provide the necessary reporting/documentation and proper database maintenance
  • Work closely with other departments, and actively cooperate in order to identify opportunities and weakness to make the Northern Europe Cluster a top employer proposing, developing, launching and collecting the feedback for all the Cluster about any possible related projects

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years professional experience in international and modern organized HR functions
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern HR methods/tools/IT
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, those enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary
  • Service and team oriented
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas
  • Fast learner, able to pick up company knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
  • Ability to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style
  • Good time-keeping skills to manage multiple projects across Cluster
  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
