Your role as Junior Recruiter:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Business Partner to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. This is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunity to develop recruiting skills and evolve in the longer run in a HR Generalist role.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings and advertising on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates
  • Schedule, coordinate and lead candidate interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Support HR Business Partner with various HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) in Dutch (Native or fluent) and good communication in French and English
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
