At Bodo Möller Chemie, expert in adhesive systems for electro-casting, you have direct impact to drive your personal success. Besides an existing customer base, you have the opportunity to manage and develop your own market, product range and accounts through our premium adhesives, coatings, potting and encapsulation systems specifically designed for the electronics industry. You are respon-sible for your own projects from the first contact with the prospect until the final implementation phase and thereafter. Your role:

  • Key Account Manager for Polymers for Electronic Industry (focus on Henkel’s Industrial/Elec-tronic Adhesives)
  • Develop and market formulated adhesive-, coating-, potting- and encapsulation solutions to existing and new accounts in the electro and electronics industry in Benelux
  • Full responsibility to drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline through technical visits and project meetings
  • Develop and execute projects for your accounts and prospects and close new business consistently
  • Build and create strategies for account development.
  • Develop strong relationships with the customer leading to a deep understanding of their needs and long-term business strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology and the industry.

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Business, Engineering or related is preferred. (or equivalent by experience)
  • Previous experience in a technical/solution selling environment is required. (min. 3-5 years)
  • You have experience, industry and product knowledge in the field of electronics , PCB assembly, LED lighting industry, electronic encapsulation or adhesive systems
  • You are able to work independently – home office based
  • Strong Sales and Business development skills and Excellent negotiation capabilities
  • You are communicative and commercial and able to independently develop your market and customer base.
  • You are also flexible and eager to learn and maintain knowledge to properly serve your ac-counts.
  • You also have an open mind, a sense of teamwork and you think positively.
  • You are fluent in and have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French or German.
  • Availability to travel locally (BE, NL, LU – with exception FR, DE & Swiss for trainings at partners)
