Job Description:
3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.
The impact you have in this role
As Key Account Manager (f/m/x) Pharmacy Benelux for our Medical Solutions Division you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Playing an important role in accelerating our Medical Solutions Pharmacy Sales
  • Assuming responsibility for all pharmacies, pharmacy groups and pharmaceutical wholesalers in Benelux
  • You will develop and maintain customer relationships with important customers as well as negotiate contracts/agreements with customers
  • Development of targeted campaigns and sales promotion measures in close cooperation with marketing
  • You ensure the budget allocation (conditions, bonus, MDF, etc.).
  • You translate customer needs into value propositions that will bring value for your customers as well as recognize market trends and apply this knowledge successfully for your customers
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Commercial and negotiation experience in Health Care/Pharmacy segment in Belgium/Netherlands and/or track record in building value enhancing relationships with key accounts
  • High level of communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with contracting, pricing and sales analytics ideally in pharmacy market
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries
