Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team! Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for cooking, and love a challenge? Then this job is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen
  • Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Providing creative input in developing new menus
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Managing inventory control, including purchasing and cost management

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about cooking and able to handle pressure during busy shifts
  • A true team player with strong leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Creative, organized, and stress-resistant
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
