Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.  

It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Description

The Treasury Operations Analyst Belgium reports directly to the Manager Treasury Operations Belgium and is responsible for assisting with all Belgium Treasury operations processes of New Consumer Health Company (NCHC). This includes supporting all activities related to the execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the In-house bank and Global Payment Factory activities.

The Position Includes The Following Key Responsibilities

• Provide cash management & spot trading support to operate a Global Payment Factory
• Assist with the responsibilities of running an in-house banking structure
• Execute timely and accurate processing of payments and adhering to payment cut off times
• Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for management
• Assist with the standup of new business processes related to new product offerings and enhancements
• Support analysis required to adhere and comply with regulations for payment programs
  

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
• Min 2-4 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data process/inputs
• Strong verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
• Strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
  

Preferred Requirements/Competencies:

• Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax, and banking relationships
• Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance
• Experience in Treasury Management Systems
