Description


Your Responsabilities - Legal Counsel:

  • You will draft, negotiate and ensure compliance of all legal documents;
  • You will handle disputes and follow-up on litigations;
  • You will provide legal advice to colleagues;
  • You will be ensuring availability and updates of contractual documents for the commercial and technical teams;
  • You will manage external counsels;
  • You will research and evaluate different legal risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
  • You will apply legal risk management techniques and offer advice on possible legal issues;
  • You will communicate and negotiate with external parties

Profiles


Your Profile - Legal Counsel:

  • You have a Master degree in law;
  • You have at least a first relevant experience;
  • You speak Dutch. French is an asset
