As a LOGFAS SME, You Will

  • Advise and support users on the functions and capabilities of LOGFAS.
  • Provide guidance on using the application in support of NATO Logistic processes and Logistic Information Management.
  • Analyze and test system changes authorized by the Change Control Board (CCB).
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the systems and processes.
  • Mentor users on-site as required.
  • Conduct functional and technical reviews, walkthroughs, and audits.
  • Design and execute test cases in MS Azure DevOps.
  • Create and implement test and exercise data.
  • Support and advise users on the maintenance of logistic reference data.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum vocational training at a higher technical level in logistics, military logistics, supply chain management, movement and transportation, communication and information systems, operations management, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience as a LOGFAS Operator in a multinational environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in various areas of Logistic Software Application Support.
  • Knowledge of logistic information management with logistic applications.
  • Experience in training and instructional design.
  • Skills in requirement elicitation, support, and testing.
  • Familiarity with configuration management practices and tools.
  • Proficiency with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of military and/or civilian logistic processes, standards, and/or applications.
  • Ability to write training and application manuals, documentation, and user guides.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creating/configuring test, training, and/or exercise logistic databases.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Provide advanced functional support on LOGFAS features.
  • Advise and support users effectively.
  • Analyze and test system changes thoroughly.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements.
  • Mentor and train users efficiently.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional and technical reviews.
  • Design and execute detailed test cases.
  • Create and implement accurate test and exercise data.
  • Maintain and advise on logistic reference data.
