About Our Client

Our client is a major player in the chemical sector, they are currently looking for a Logistics specialist to join their team.

Job Description

The logistics Specialist will have the chance to:

  • Ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of operations
  • Management of delivery documents, including contact with third party superintendents.
  • Invoicing and payment, including a detailed understanding of VAT.
  • Management of customs and excise risks related to the transport of hazardous materials
  • Planning and coordination with supply terminals.

The Successful Applicant

The Logistics Specialist will have the following profile:

  • A degree in supply chain management, business or equivalent
  • Previous experience in logistics is an asset
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Multi-tasker, flexible, stress resistant and solution oriented.
