Roles & Responsibilities

The KPMG Customer, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation advisory is an emerging practice within KPMG Belgium. We help companies and organizations to future-proof the way they design and implement customer experiences, sales, marketing, and innovation approaches.

Our practice operates at the crossroads of experience design, sales and marketing operations, data management, and the use of marketing and sales technology.
We are looking for a senior advisor/manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in working on customer experience projects. Practical skills should include market and client research, customer journey mapping, value proposition design, and project management experience.
What you will do?
  • Map as-is customer experiences via market surveys, user panels, interviewing, customer journey mapping, and analysis of customer engagement data
  • Develop and prioritize recommendations through creative ideation, best practices benchmarks, and co-creation sessions
  • Build business cases on the financial impact of implementing the recommended changes
  • Manage a team of more junior advisors in the process of identifying the customer experience as-is and the to-be situation.
  • Manage the collaboration with subject matter experts in the field of data analytics, strategy, people and change, financial services advisory that may also be involved in our projects or that may involve us as subject matter experts in their projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have proven experience in customer experience design and are passionate about customer behavior and creating frictionless customer journeys.
  • You have an analytical mind and can identify patterns in large amounts of data from different sources
  • You are good in people management and in coaching and developing young talents in our team
  • You are a strong communicator, confident, convincing, and friendly in customer contacts
  • You have a positive mindset and are a team player
  • You have project management skills and Agile or Prince 2 hold no mysteries for you, allowing you to manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
  • You are fluent in Dutch but can also work in English and French.
