Responsibilities
- The ODI Dev M level position specialized in ODI Development should be adaptable in delivering multiple highly complex projects/solutions. The role will be co-owner of service delivery & technology delivery governance.
- The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, clients, and other departments involved. He/she will be a visible and influential people leader, able to inspire, guide and train resources.
- Provide ODI technical leadership: Responsible for the overall technical delivery of the ODI squad.
- Build Capabilities through knowledge management - Responsible for building a capability across the team members to support the delivery – reducing high dependency on key persons. Create and maintain ways of working in collaboration with the Product owners, Chapter leads and agile Coaches.
- Ensure E2E delivery including Dev/test/Ops cross squad co-ordination is met as per project requirements, schedule.
- Able to represent squad and express team’s standpoint in key planning calls
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (on site/offshore) as necessary.
Requirements:
- Ensures ODI technical execution, planning, advice, support, and mentoring of team.
- Leads technical execution and delivery of new initiatives as well as providing operational support for solutions in production. This involves working across distributed and multiple squads.
- Deep experiences in managing offshore teams in a agile framework
- Determines resource requirements and procures resources; manages contract project and program resources.
- 10+ years technical and delivery experience in ODI, preferably in a banking environment.
- Have managed team size at least of 10 members.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
