About Our Client

Our client is the largest professional community in Europe active within the medical and health sector. They are located in the heart of Brussels and are looking for a Marketing and External Relations Coordinator.

Job Description

As Marketing and External Relations Coordinator, you will have the following tasks :


  • Promote the activites of the community such as congresses, e-learning, research projects, memberships,..
  • Be the right hand of the Marketing Manager by providing administrative and coordination support and promoting the activities
  • Update online website, manuals and database
  • Participate in the creation of advertising materials
  • Be the linkin point for external parties
  • Redaction of general communications
  • Be the point of contact by email or phone and answer requests
  • Sending invitation and follow-up
  • Participate and coordinate activities

The Successful Applicant

As Marketing and External Relations Coordinator, you have the following profile :


  • A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, communication or simillar
  • A previous experience in a similar position
  • A perfect level of English
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Positive, flexible, team-player
  • Excellent customer service
