We are seeking a creative Marketing and Communicationsentrepreneur who has the passion and determination to lead and develop Digital Marketing Communications, Analytics and Customer Engagementacross the Cummins Filtration product business in Europe You will be based from home in the UK or Europe (UK, Belgium or France).

You will work for a business that holds over 200 active global patents for product technology and one that continues to push the envelope of design and performance. Your inspiring marketing expertise will enable us to continue this success!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for Filtration products for broader Europe and collaborate closely with marketing communications colleagues worldwide
  • Create and deliver communication and promotional plans that meet business objectives, consult on communications strategy and key messages, and measure success and outcomes against key metrics and KPIs
  • Prior experience of communications and marketing tools and outcomes, including web, digital marketing, trade shows and events, social media, agency management, budget and finance acumen, and supplier relationship management
  • Collaborate with the European sales team to understand growth opportunities and create and execute communications strategies to deliver key business objectives for the region
  • Encompass the ability to work independently, autonomously and utilise your creative flare in communications to market an extensive product portfolio to a multi-channel, diverse customer base. You will also monitor the campaign success and measure this against Marketing KPI’s

Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications, or Similar
  • Proficient in English – Excellent writing and editing skills in a variety of formats, including printed material, web, digital marketing and others as required
  • Experienced in B2B Marketing, Digital experience preferred (emerging trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content).
  • Graphic design skills, visual communications channel capabilities
  • Hybrid role / flexibility to work in the UK / Europe
