Mission

Munters is an international organization with its headquarters in Kista, Sweden. In this Belgium based role, you are part of the EMEA regional marketing team for our Airtech division and will report to the EMEA regional marketing manager with a dotted line to the Business Unit Mangers in Southern Europe. You make it your mission to set up and execute local marketing communication plans for the business units and you are a key driver of global marketing campaigns locally, using a multi-channel approach.

In this position you adapt, develop, and execute communications and marketing activities based on market and customer analysis, and align it with local business objectives. Among other things, you will drive external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing & analytics to support the company’s business objectives.

This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, digital marketing, creative, analytic and project management expertise. Occasional business travel is required within the region for (sales) meetings and marketing events.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a real team player with innovative and creative mind. You are responsible for lead generation, sales collateral, content creations and digital marketing through various channels.
  • Local driver of the lead management process and driver of the local implementation of marketing automation, in line with corporate directives.
  • This high-impact role will work across functions and you actively participate in sales management meetings.
  • You proactively provide recommendations on communication-related topics to Business Unit and Sales management on both internal and external communications.
  • You seek for new and innovative opportunities to promote Munters and keeps track of market trends, new technologies, new communication methods and tools.
  • You build and maintain your network and collaboration with internal stakeholders, with the ability to partner effectively with the regional marketing team, the business area sales teams, and across business and corporate functions.
Skills, Abilities & Background
  • Min 3 years of proven B2B marketing experience, either at an agency or in a marketing department;
  • Bachelor in marketing, communication, business administration, statistics, or equivalent;
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both oral and written;
  • Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including web, social media and search engine marketing;
  • Content marketing and content production for digital channels such as web and social media, including writing texts and conducting interviews;
  • Event organizer, including both F2F and online events. Experience from running webinars and/or moderating conferences is meriting;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, marketing automation, and/or Salesforce.
What We Offer

We offer a permanent contract for 38 hours per week (full-time). The sectoral collective bargaining agreements of Joint Committee No. 200 (PC 200) shall apply.
