The Master Data Specialist guarantees the integrity and accuracy of Master Data records at Corporate level by creating, maintaining and coordinating global information entries in bioMérieux systems. To do so, he/she adapts and improves tools, processes and documentation.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

• Understand and maintain the Master Data structure for reagents, spares and equipment for the three subsidiaries of the Northern Europe Cluster (NEC)
• Grant accuracy and update safety and customs codes for all countries in NEC
• Define price strategy for all new materials (list price, transfer price based on local calculation strategies), in cooperation with our Shared Service Center (SSC)
• Support the subsidiaries’ demand planners (UK/IRL, NORDICS, BENELUX) on Life Cycle Management for Reagents, Spare Parts and Equipment.
• Create and maintain local views in cooperation with SSC
• Act as Supply Chain representative in the Go to Market process driven by Marketing
• Create and maintain the agreements with external vendors and manage the relationship with them.
• Perform replenishment and stock management on local flows (Equipment& Spare Part, local OEM products) in coordination with demand manager and logistic referent
• Act as back-up for Equipment and Spare Parts Referent for BENELUX for replenishment and installation flows as well as loaner management
• Work with the Supply Chain team in France for Spare part replenishment parameters, obsolescence and allocation management
• Drive supply chain continuous improvement and root causes analysis for Spare Parts & Equipment delivery delays
• Act as NEC Key User for SPOT (data management tool)
  

Who are you?

Studies and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Familiar with identification and traceability processes in industrial context
• 2 years experience in a similar role (either Master Data or Supply Chain)

Skills and Qualifications:

• You are Fluent in English (written, oral and comprehension). Fluency in French or Dutch would be a plus.
• MS Office profiency, SAP ERP and/or TIBCO EBX proficiency would be ideal.
• Autonomy and ability to take decisions.
• Sense of support and attention to details.
• Multicultural sensibility, influencing skills.
• Capacity to understand bioMérieux’s product lines.
• Ability to exchange with partners in different departments (Purchasing / Supply Chain / Marketing / Sales / Finance…)
