MS Dynamics NAV - Senior Support Analyst

Senior Support Analyst - An international business based out of Brussels, Belgium is currently looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

Working exclusively with MS Dynamics NAV, you will support the application using your deep understanding of the platform, troubelshooting issues and ensuring optimal functionality.

The successful Senior Support Analyst will needd to have demonstrable hands on technical experience with MS Dynamics NAV and be comfortable identifying and correcting complex issues as they occur. You will be a touchpoint for all issues with the application and be able to provide guidance on how to optimise Dynamics NAV and be able to effectively communicate with the IT Teams and the business. Candidates must be fluent communicators in English.
