To strengthen our multimedia team, we are currently looking for a multimedia intern.

Job Description

As a Multimedia Intern, you will be responsible for helping out in the production of virtual and hybrid conferences. You will be involved in all aspects of the production process: planning, creation of on screen elements, live sound mixing, and maintaining equipment. Possibility of developing video editing and journalistic skills as well. You will join the video team and report to EURACTIV’s multimedia director.

Profile

Essential:

  • University degree in video or audio fields
  • Good understanding of and interest in EU policy
  • Strong technical skills, ability to understand audio and video mixers
  • Quick learner and desire to master all aspects of live production.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent command of English

Desired:

  • Knowledge of audio mixers
  • Experience using software live video mixers
  • Some knowledge of After Effects a plus (or a desire to learn)
  • Additional European languages, especially French or German
