Field Sales Manager Pharma BE (PG26)
We are recruiting a Field Sales Manager Pharma in BELGIUM.
As Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Field Sales Force team to achieve our short, mid & long-term business targets, both for our Independent Pharmacy business as well as Key accounts in Belgium in collaboration with the wider Pharmacy Channel Team. Key to delivery will be the development and execution of a winning Go To Market strategy. You will be managing a team of 11 Sales Force Representatives.
Key responsibilities:
1. In collaboration with Pharma Channel Lead & Key Account Manager, develop a winning
X-channel (Private & Key account pharmacies + para-pharmacies) Go to Market Strategy to deliver our business targets.
2. Coach and support Field Force Representatives to deliver the business targets and develop winning capabilities for the future
3. Close collaboration with Customer Collaboration Supervisor & Supply team to deliver best in class service to our customers
4. Active member of the Pharmacy SQUAD & Pharmacy LeadershipTeamto develop the direction of our business andand people engagement discussions.

What will you do
The Field Sales Manager Lead responsibilities:
1. Develop & shape a winning Go To Market Strategy in collaboration with Pharma Channel Lead & Key Account Manager to deliver our short & mid term Business Targets
- Together with Commercial excellence manager develop optimal Targeting & Segmentation to deliver our business targets
- Embed the Kenvue Customer Management principles, Right Store segmentation, Perfect Store activation, Value based detailing & Revenue Growth Management.
- Together with the Pharma Channel Lead, Key Account manager & Customer Activation Lead provides input into brand and country channel strategy
2. Coach and support Field Force Representatives to deliver the business targets and develop winning capabilities for the future
- You will Lead the quarterly cycle meetings to make sure the Field sales Force get the right input, training and tools to deliver the business targets.
- You will do regular duo visits to coach a develop our Field Sales Force as Best in class!
- You will develop Field Sales business targets, track weekly results and embed this in their Bonus system.
- Leverage data, analytics & technology tools to generate Insights to Action and drive Sales Force Effectiveness. Proactively monitors results – focus on Sell in and Sell out Metrics.
3. Close collaboration with Customer Collaboration Supervisor & Supply team to deliver best in class service to our customers
- Forecast management: Input into S&OP & TM1 planning, CIW management
- Actively participate in weekly Sales Operations Excellence (S&OE) to optimize stock management, Customer Service support, fix root cause of key issues driving customer complaints & questions, …

Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in leadership position in Sales or Field Sales management roles with strong track record of results
- Experience in Pharma, Health & Beauty is a plus
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omnichannel is a plus
- Strategic & conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial & proactive approach
- Structured, well-organized way of working with attention to detail
- High propensity for collaboration & cross functional ways of working.
- High propensity for analytics, data and IT systems.
- High propensity for people development
- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Language
- Fluency in Dutch & French
