The Northern Europe Solution Delivery Manager is in charge of:

  • Overseeing development and maintenance activities for the whole applications landscape within the Northern Europe region.
  • Taking part proactively to the Global Solution Delivery Community defining AXA Partners applications roadmap in relation with Architecture.
  • Fostering agility in NE Region by supervising the NE Hybrid Squad and supporting AXA Partners DEVOPS culture.
  • Active participation in the Global programs, (including Transformation, Simplification, Obsolescence etc.) to implement, adapt and / or integrate Global Assets of AXA Partners, in line with target architecture.
  • Support business on the coordination of BAU IT requests and issues related to Local & Global Assets.

Your Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience on Assistance Operations, Operational Excellence and IT projects & processes
  • Capacity to develop a strong partnership with local business and understand the business needs to add value
  • Ability to communicate with Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of AXA Partners IT environment including Global IT Solutions and Information Security Practices
  • Technical background on Solutions Delivery and Computer Languages is preferred
  • Resilience, rigor skills, reliability and ability to work under pressure, while respecting delivery deadlines
  • Stakeholder management: Working across teams with varying objectives effectively and positively
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment with remote and non-hierarchical resources
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Master both waterfall and agile project management methodologies as well as DevOps practices
