You like to beour trusted nutritionist, creating and supporting the commercialisation of our nutritional concepts?Become part of our Market Support team EMEA and help us build a responsible food chain for future generations!

What challenge do we offer?

As nutritionist you are co-creating our concepts, based on your in-depth raw material knowledge, process technology, legislation and consumer demands. You are helping a correct implementation and application of our products to make sure they reach their full potential, creating added value for our business and customers. With a broad know-how and interest in nutrition and a focus on Earlyfeed, you make the connection with practical animal husbandry. For this, you work closely together with our customers, sales teams, purchase and R&D colleagues.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
  • You develop nutritional products in close collaboration with our EMEA product management team and the global R&D department.
  • You collect market, product and supplier’s knowledge and apply this to our concepts and market approach to strengthen our strategy:
    • Helping to manage the concept life cycle (product-advice-tool) in our region.
    • Identify opportunities for raw material usage / replacement and advising our purchase team
    • You actively support our Earlyfeed Academy (technical content) and the sales in the customer relations and partnerships based on nutritional advice, knowledge sharing and training.
    • You manage the Least Cost Formulation packages within the EMEA region as a service package: the nutritional database, feed formulation frameworks, analysis - quality evaluation are crucial in these services. You prepare and coordinate the actions of the involved teams and provide trainings.
    • You are a linking pin between the nutritional departments in our region as well as in the Royal Agrifirm Group, you e nsure smooth collaboration with operational formulation teams.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced professional (> 10 years) with a strong business drive. If you obtaineda degree as Master Zootechnical Engineer, Veterinarian, Industrial Engineer or Animal Nutrition, that would be a perfect fit!
  • 5-10 years of technical-commercial experience (preferably in the mentioned region)
  • You are market-oriented and a strong networker inside and outside the company
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English. Other languages, especially German are a plus.
  • You are customer-oriented, driven and hands-on: you take initiative and like to get things done.
  • Willing to travel in the mentioned region for x % of your time
  • You have a clear vision and are persuasive
