Role Overview
As MEAM’s Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operational efficiency, orchestrating a symphony of administrative tasks that keep our engine humming. If you’re a meticulous individual with a knack for organization, an appetite for challenges, and thrive in dynamic settings, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight:
- Manage customer invoicing and monitor payment timelines.
- Oversee purchase order reconciliation and streamline invoicing processes using Odoo.
- Execute timely payments to suppliers.
Human Resources:
- Spearhead recruitment endeavors and talent acquisition.
- Administer payroll processes and oversee employee compensation.
- Champion training initiatives and manage general HR administration.
Administrative Excellence:
- Act as the primary manager for Odoo administrative tasks.
- Facilitate the onboarding of suppliers, customers, and product articles.
- Collaborate with management on strategic administrative projects.
Office & Resource Management:
- Drive overall office efficiency and organization.
- Oversee fleet operations and maintain company assets, including tech equipment.
- Liaise with service providers, ensuring optimal contract management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven track record in office management or analogous administrative capacities.
- Stellar organizational prowess with a flair for multitasking.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software like Odoo.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate both independent tasks and team collaborations.
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles is advantageous.
