Operator vacancy at new production site. Program to train new employees from production worker to process operator. Fixed contract, exceptional fringe benefitsPoco Loco manufactures in Roeselare a variety of tortilla wraps and chips, spice mixes and salsa. Their new production facility opens in 2022. We are staffing this site with ambitious colleagues that are eager to evolve from production worker to process operator, with the support of our training program. You will work during the night shift from 21:00 – 5:00 at 3 different tortilla production lines.Aside from the thorough training program, we are offering a fixed contract with a multinational corporation. The hourly rate for the position is 18,41 euro and you will receive a meal ticket per day worked. Poco Loco provides generous fringe benefits, such as hospitalization and dental insurance. Throughout the induction and training we commit to reviewing your preferences and talents. These conversations will help us find an appropriate role for you to excel in.It is your responsibility to ensure a smooth production process:

• You operate and set up the machines
• You ensure that raw materials and packing materials are available
• You perform visual and quality checks

You can work during the night shift from 21:00 until 5:00. You are open to taking on several responsibilities at multiple production lines.
