About the role

The Packing, Logistics & PWP Validation Leader manages resources, coordinates qualification / validation activities linked to his/her part of the business, contributes to continuous improvement and participates in audits.

Accountabilities

How you will contribute

The Packing Validation Leader manages resources, contributes to continuous improvement and coordinates qualification / validation activities linked to his/her part of the business.
  • Resource management
  • Hiring/Coordination of internal/contractors,
  • Ensure the adequate participation of his validation team within project meetings (Coreteam, Planning Session…),
  • Participation to Capacity management and Steering Committee meetings,
  • Maintain load plan to anticipate future resources needs
  • Development of internal team members
  • Contribution to continuous improvement and international standardization for topics related to his/her part of the business
  • Define the validation strategy of small, mid-size and big projects within the plant and ensure their completeness,
  • Defend validation topics related to his/her part of the business during Regulatory Inspection
Dimensions and aspects
  • He or She is able to understand technical installations, equipments and sytems used on the site. He or She is comfortable on the main requirement of validation for a new system or equipment.
  • He or She is comfortable with technical documentation, engineering aspects, protocols and quality documentation to support all activities on site.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, motivate, and coach validation team.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and follow-up activities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and propose solutions.
  • Must be capable of analysing and solving complex problems through influence, collaboration, innovative thought and experience.
  • He or She is a collaborative and proactive member inside a team.
  • He or She is sensitive and highly consider humans problematics to interact with other departments with demonstrated communication skills.
  • Leads benchmark and innovative ideas, is able to propose and lead innovation plan.
  • He or She is aware of the complexity of products manufactured by TAKEDA Lessines.
  • He or She is also able to understand humans challenge complexity, to be able to respect any interlocutors by applying TAKEDA ethics code.
  • He or She have to take as a main priority EHS aspects inside all interventions on line.
Education/Experience

What you bring to Takeda
  • BS Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Science, or other job related discipline
  • 5 years in Manuf/Technical area, Validation or Quality system with efficient technical skills.
Core Competencies / Skills / Leadership Behaviors
  • Project and people management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and English
  • Familiar with Quality Management/Systems and GxP Regulations,
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of validation methodologies
  • Requires excellent analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem solving. Must be able to break down complex problems and tasks into activities capable of being performed by personnel.
  • Sound industry knowledge, project proficiency, and autonomy expected.
